چکیده
İslâm hukuku insanlar arasındaki ticari ilişkilerde akit serbestisi ilkesini temel prensip olarak benimsemiş olmakla birlikte, piyasa istikrar ve güveninin sağlanması, satıcı, üretici tüketicinin haklarının korunması için tedbirler almıştır. Buna göre bir ürünün satım sözleşmesine konu olabilmesi onun hukuken mal kabul edilmesi gerekir. Hukuken edilip sözleşmelere de mütekavvim olması şartı aranır. Bu kriterler yeni çıkan ürünler bunların sözleşmelerinin mahalli meselelerinde önemli kıstas olacaktır. Makalede son dönemlerde ortaya dijital varlığın benzersiz kriptografik anahtara sahip, eşsiz tek kopyası anlamına gelen NFT (non-fungible token / nitelikli fikri tapu ) ile insanların, yerlerin nesnelerin temsilinin yaşadığı alan tanımlanan metaversedeki ürünlerin alım satımının fıkhi analizine yer verildi.
